- If your item is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will fully refund or replace it.
- Please provide photos or a video so we can quickly process your request.
- If the returned item is used, damaged, missing parts/ accessories, the refund will be reduced to compensate for the lost value of the item.
3. Change of Mind / “No Reason” Returns
- We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. we may make a deal for you.
